The antibody 6B3pur was purified with Protein-G from in vitro produced monoclonal
antibody 6B3 directed against calretinin (see product description 6B3 for further details
concerning immunoblot and immunohistochemistry). The antibody concentration is of
0.29 mg/ml in 0.1M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3.

Immunohistochemistry: we suggest using a dilution of 1:10’000 (0.029 ?g/ml) for
immunostaining with the avidin-biotin method on cryostat or paraffin-sections of
paraformaldehyde (4%) or formalin-fixed tissue.
We recommend that the optimal dilutions be determined by titration experiments

After reconstitution freeze in small aliquots (e.g. 1 μl) and keep at - 80°C (or at least -
20°C). For continuous use, keep at 4°C (with 0.01% Na-azide). Avoid repeated freezing
and thawing.
